On 17th 18th March 2017, the representatives of the organizations from Romania, Republic of Slovak, Austria, Nepal and Brazil organized the Kick-off meeting of the project “Energize the Agriculture – Young Entrepreneurs for Rural Development”, or shortly AGROEN, co-financed by the Erasmus+ KA2 Programme. Partners’ representatives have signed partnership agreements, have delegated contacts people from each representative, have discussed the following activities. The memembars of Steering Committee have participate in the Kick-off meeting, respectively 2 of the BUAS, one from NoGravity one of ROSENC one grain and one of the CCN, the GoBrazil has participating via Skype.
Selection of Youth workers
In order to make mobility possible, there have been 17 people selected from Brasil and Nepal, of which 4 people with fewer opportunities from local communities in Brasil, and 4 from Nepal. From the 17 people, 13 are delegates from european partners (Romani, Slovakia and Austria) and the other 4 from Campaing of Change-Nepal(CNN) and GoBrazil. The participants are residents in the countries that send or receive youth workers in Europe. The selection of youth workers was achieved by european partners in accordance to the knowledge of english language, the expertise in the areas targeted by them(enginy, agriculture, business, biology, geography) and the similar experience in volunteering, trainingc coordination of or participation in relevant projects. The youth workers from Brazil and Nepal were selcted from these countries because of the affiliation to the category of “persons with fewer opportunities”. They will help the youth workers from Europe with the preparation of School Campaign in both countries, educational testing and training materials and tools with young people, assembling irrigation equipment with solar energy, etc.
The summer School was held in BUAS Timisoara, Romania, between 3 to 7 July 2017,to which had participated 41 people in the first day from the leader of BUAS and the parteners NoGravity, CERE, ROSENC.Here was discuss the content of materials used by Youth workers. We visited, starting with the third day, the facilities that use renewable energy in the region of Banat (Romania) was visited, have made trips to private units, industrial biogas production, farms to produce biomass. There have been shifts in experimental fields BUAS. For visits in its territory there has been provided a bus from the BUAS. We took pictures, they have exchanged contacts.
Mobility of Youth workers in Brazilia
The mobility of Youth workers in Brazil was conducted between November 3rd to 22, 2017, during which 13 Youth workers had traveled from Europe to Brazil,of which 4 from BUAS, one from ROSENC, 4 from NoGravity, 4 from CERE,with 4 Youth workers who participated from Brazil. Upon the arrival of participants in Brazil, Developing and opening the Agroenergy Entrepreneurship Incubator – Pilot plant and training centers that have been used for training young people. Two computers and a projector for organized incubator were purchased from Europe. Sa School Campaign was orgonised,the youth Workers and young people from local communities in Brazil,have taken courses, that wer centere on the themes discused in summer school. There have been several meetings with stakeholders. The educational and training materials and tools with Young People and Youth Workers war tasted. The young Youth workers from Brazil have actively participated in the assembling of equipment for irrigation using solar energy. To achieve irrigation using solar sistem, there have been bought some materials from Europe, but local materials was used too. There has been asambled an easy instalation of obtaining of wood charcoal, using local materials. At the end of the mobility, the youth workers and some young participants have received Youth certificates.
Mobility of Youth workers in Nepal
Mobility of Youth Workers in Nepal was conducted between 1 to 20 July 2018, during which were deplasatdin Europe in Nepal (Kathmandu) nine members from BUAS (4) ROSENC (1) NoGravity (4), with attended 4 Youth workers from Nepal and representatives taking part in activities Request via skype / whatsapp. Upon arrival participants carried Nepal Developing and opening the Agroenergy Entrepreneurship Incubator – Pilot plant and training centers that have been used for training young people. They were purchased in Europe 2 computers and a projector for incubator. School Campaign organized, have supported courses Youth workers and young people from local communities in Nepal – Kathmandu courses centered on themes developed in summer school. There have been several meetings with stakeholders. They were tested educational and training materials and tools with Young People and Youth Workers. Youth and young workers in Brazil have actively participated in the assembly of equipment for irrigation using solar energy. To achieve irrigation using solar energy have bought some materials from Europe, but they used local materials. At the end of youth mobility Youth workers received certificates signed by the CCN in Nepal.
Between 6-7 September 2018, The Final Conference was organized at the headquarters of BUAS Timisoara, Romania. Members from Steering Comittee have participated alongside the youth members who traveled to Brazil and Nepal, and other young people and stakeholders (over 30 participants). The discussed about the project and pilot plant and training centre of the youth from the project Partners countries, transfer and validation of the outcomes, publicity for the developed porject outputs and Youth organization from Parteners countries, the Conference being opened by Prof. univ. dr. Radu Sumalan from BUAS Timisoara.
